| 1.The first priority will be given
to Hon’ble VIPs such as Minister/MP/MLA/MLC etc. But reservation will not be
cancelled for above VIPs if the reservation is given to Govt. officers for Govt. work. |
| 2. Reservation of other persons
will be cancelled without prior intimation if the accommodation is required for above
VVIPs and Govt. officer on duty. |
| 3. Reservation will automatically
be cancelled if the possession is not taken within 24 hrs. From check in date. |
| 4.Check timings are at 9 AM daily. |
| 5.The reservation rates are
applicable as per occupants status not as per the officers status who has applied for
reservation . |
| 6.Any type of misuse of
reservation /rest house is liable for cancellation immediately and suitable action will be
taken considering the event . |
